The following are the conditions and terms that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policies:
Shipment processing time on all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We do not ship outside of the United States or to the following: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.
Shipping costs are determined by what is being purchased. i.e., smaller reptile orders will be a flat shipping rate of $39 to any address in the Continental United States. This is a flat rate for as many live animals as you want without getting charged extra if the order does not exceed 5 lbs. Any order that exceeds 1 lb. with be $49-69 to any address in the Continental United States. All live animals will be shipped Next Day Air.
Dry Goods Shipping:
All dry goods not including frozen food items will be shipped via USPS (United State Postal Service) business days Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays and weather-related events. Dry goods less than 13 ounces including packaging will ship via First Class Mail (USPS 1-3 days) and dry goods over 13 ounces will ship via Priority Mail (USPS 1-3 days). Dry goods that are purchased with live animals will be shipped separately through USPS which will be a separate shipping charge from live animals due to the fact that we cannot ship live animals with dry good or frozen goods.
