Return & Refund Policy

All live animal sales have a live arrival guarantee which applies only to the state of the animal upon delivery. However, once it arrives to the destination and is received it will then be final with a zero-return policy.
Our dry goods return policy is 15 days from the time of purchase. If the 15 days are past from the time of purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or any kind of exchange the purchase will be final.
For dry goods to be eligible for a refund they must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging that it was sent in. This return policy excludes all perishable goods i.e., frozen food items and live animals. All live and frozen animals have a zero-return policy.
For an item to be considered eligible for return you much provide the original receipt or a proof of purchase. Sale items will not qualify for a refund, only regular priced items. Exchanges on dry goods can only be eligible for return if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us if you need to exchange for the same item. You can send us an email at in which we will provide you with details on how to return the item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for items being shipped back to our facility. Please consider using a tracking number shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive you returned item. All items being shipped to Tortoise Conservation MN collect will be refused.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of you refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you credit card or original method of payment promptly.
